Bio

20+ years’ in Federal Child Nutrition programs. Managed USDA Foods distribution contract at Eli Witt Company; work for Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Bureau of Food Distribution providing oversight and technical assistance to program operators. July 1999, at USDA, FNS Southeast Regional Office in Atlanta, assigned to School Nutrition Programs Branch. Responsible for leading team in program guidance, policy development/ implementation for the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, Special Milk Program, USDA Foods Program for schools and three household food distribution programs southeast states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
